Halloween night 'The Ritual' at Why Not Nightclub, with a full Halloween production across its LED room, Main Room and Garden space.
Why Not Nightclub is doing Halloween on Saturday 31 October with The Ritual, which they're billing as the finale of Why Not Saturdays. The whole night is framed around the title: for one night only, the club is reimagined as an ancient ceremony under a burning sky, with full Halloween production running across the venue. It's not just a few cobwebs and a playlist — they're talking about a complete takeover of the space.
What makes it work is how it uses the different rooms. The night leans on Why Not's own spaces, including Scotland's only full LED room, its cutting-edge Main Room, and its famous Garden space. Having three distinct areas to move between means you can drift from the LED room to the main floor and out to the garden as the night goes on, rather than sticking to one spot. The Halloween production runs through all of them, so the theme holds across the whole venue.

It's an 18+ night, so you'll need to bring ID, and a Halloween costume is encouraged — something to keep in mind if you're planning your outfit in advance. The night starts at 21:00, with doors opening at 22:30, last entry at 02:00, and things wrapping up at 03:00. Tickets run from £15 to £27 via Skiddle, and the club is at 14 George Street in the city centre.
