Wee Bit Social: We Survived Another Year Christmas Party

Wee Bit Social is hosting its We Survived Another Year Christmas party at Brewhemia on Wednesday 11 November, from 6pm to 9pm. It's a night for business owners, side hustlers and creatives to get together and mark the end of the year, and the title says it all: the whole thing is framed as a celebration of what you've achieved over the past twelve months, with the reminder that even if you haven't hit six figures, you're still here and you deserve to celebrate.

The evening starts in the Boudoir room, where you'll find a welcome drink and nibbles to keep you going while you network with other small business owners and creatives. It's a good chance to catch up with people you've worked with this year or meet a few new faces before the night shifts gear. Once 9pm rolls around, the party moves downstairs for live music, so you can transition from chatting shop to just letting loose.

For a bit of context, Wee Bit Social is the brainchild of Marti, who started her social media marketing and strategy business in 2016 and has been running these events since 2017. They were built to help small business owners feel less alone, to share ideas and to build community, and the regular programme includes Coffee & Chat, Coworking Days and Content Creation Days. People who go on regularly tend to talk about Marti's warm, encouraging style and her knack for making social media feel manageable and fun rather than a chore.

General admission starts at £48, and the party runs from 6pm to 9pm in the Boudoir room at Brewhemia, 1A Market Street, Edinburgh EH1 1DE, before moving downstairs for live music after 9pm.
