Eight-piece tribute to The Specials plays their classics, including 'Gangsters', on the Gangsters Tour at La Belle Angèle.
The Specials Ltd play La Belle Angèle on Saturday 27 March, as part of their 2027 Gangsters Tour. It's an AGMP Concerts presentation, and the venue is at 11 Hastie's Close, Edinburgh EH1 1HJ.
They describe themselves as the world's most authentic and original tribute to 2-Tone Records legends The Specials. When the original line-up split in 1981, they left behind a legacy that this act continues to honour, and a 2-Tone record label that launched the recording careers of Madness, The Beat, The Bodysnatchers and The Selecter. Now an eight-piece group, they recreate the passion and enthusiasm of the original band and work through the classics: Gangsters, Do The Dog, Message To You Rudy, Stereotype, Rat Race, Do Nothing, Monkey Man and Too Much Too Young.
