Emmy-winning comedy music group The Shamrocks, presented by Cuffe & Taylor, play the Usher Hall on their UK tour.
The Shamrocks are playing Usher Hall on Wednesday 21 October, as part of a ten-date UK tour. They're a Belfast-born comedy group, presented by Cuffe & Taylor, and they'll be joined on the night by special guests.
If you've never come across them, they're an Emmy-winning act from Northern Ireland, and they describe themselves as one of the country's greatest ever exports. The show is built on Irish charm, and the line-up brings together performers from both sides of the community across Northern Ireland, alongside vocalists from London's West End and some of the country's best multi-instrumentalists. It's a broad mix on one stage — comedy and music side by side, with a cast that spans the West End and the local scene back home.
The Edinburgh date is one of ten stops on their UK tour, so they'll be playing this set in several cities across the country. It's a big night at Usher Hall, and the venue has a few specific rules to keep in mind: admission is for over-8s only, and anyone under 14 has to be accompanied by an adult, so it's something to check if you're bringing the family along.
