Immersive live tribute to Gorillaz with live musicians and vocals layered with LED visuals, lighting and cinematic animations at The Liquid Room.
The Gorillaz Experience comes to The Liquid Room on Saturday 26 March 2027, starting at 7pm. It's a live tribute to Gorillaz, the virtual band that's spent the last couple of decades blending hip hop, pop, and electronic music into something that's hard to pin down. The show is billed as a journey inside their universe rather than a standard tribute set, with live musicians and vocals layered over massive LED visuals, synchronised lighting and cinematic animations. The aim is to drop you inside a Gorillaz music video, so the visuals are as much a part of the night as the songs.
It's an independent production, not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Gorillaz or their management, and the night is for ages 14 and over, with under-18s needing to be accompanied by an adult. If you're taking someone younger, that's the one detail to keep in mind before you book.

The venue is The Liquid Room at 9C Victoria Street in Edinburgh Old Town, which opened in May 1997 and has since become one of the city's main rooms for gigs and club nights. It's hosted artists across every genre and some of the world's leading house, techno, dubstep and drum & bass DJs, so it's a space that knows its way around a loud night. The show starts at 7pm on Saturday 26 March.
