On the practical side, it's £8 per person — a subsidised rate — and that includes a hot drink and your choice of a hot-filled roll, oats or fruit yoghurt, which you pre-order when you register. The venue is Loudons Fountainbridge, 94B Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA. It runs from 8:00 to 9:30 am, so you're in and out before the proper working day kicks in.
