Original Dating are running a speed dating night for 25 to 38-year-olds at Manahatta on Thursday 5 November, in the bar's private downstairs room. The venue is a New York-inspired spot on Rose Street in the city centre, known for its chic interiors and signature cocktails, with its own bar serving a wide range of handcrafted ones.
The format is fast: you'll meet up to 20 dates, each lasting no more than four minutes. The night is split into two halves of around an hour, with a 15-minute interval in between; women stay seated while men move around. Everyone notes who they've met on a Passion Passport™, then logs in the next day to mark each person Yes, No or Friend and message their matches. Nobody ever sees a No.
