Property Deal Network Edinburgh - Networking Event

The Property Deal Network Edinburgh is back at O'Neills on Wednesday 14 April, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. It's a free monthly networking group for property investors, developers and professionals who prefer to do business face-to-face, and this is one of its regular mid-week meet-ups.

The format is kept simple: some people bring deals, others bring capital, and everyone meets to find joint-venture partners or professional services. There are no front-of-room presentations or pitches, just direct networking over drinks. The room draws a wide mix, from first-time investors to portfolio landlords, alongside developers, sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects and accountants. If you're in the industry, it's a straightforward way to put yourself in a room with the people you're actually looking to work with.

For industry professionals, there are a limited number of paid promotional slots available each month to a select few categories. Buying one gets you a mailing to that night's attendees and to those from previous dates, plus an Instagram story and a WhatsApp group status. The group meets on the second Wednesday of every month except December, so if you miss this one, there's usually another just a few weeks later.
