Conference and interactive change workshop on the future of work, AI and HR transformation, presented by Steven A. Halloren.
Preparing for Future of Work within HR and L&D runs at Edinburgh Napier University on Tuesday 27 October, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. It's a full day's session held at the Craiglockhart Campus on Colinton Road, and it brings together HR, transformation and technology professionals, academics and industry experts to look at the future of work through the lens of HR, change and AI.
The day is presented by Steven A. Halloren, who's joined by five panellist experts. It's a broad mix: technology leaders, executive HR professionals, AI voices, government representatives, senior recruitment and chief executive leaders, and robotics specialists. The discussions draw on the latest academic thinking, and the panel sessions are paired with an interactive change workshop, with specific sessions devoted to AI, ServiceNow and the future of work. There's a particular focus on how tools like ServiceNow can enable transformation and efficiency within an organisation.
