Pensions administration conference with four panels on the evolving administration market, public sector pensions, pensions dashboards and member communication.
PASA is bringing its 2026 conference to the InterContinental Edinburgh The George on Thursday 26 November, under the title Once in a Lifetime. It's a full day, running from 11:00 to 19:00, and it's built around a specific argument: that pensions administration has reached a once-in-a-generation turning point.
For fifteen years, PASA (The Pensions Administration Standards Association) has been working to raise standards, build professional recognition, and pull administration into the strategic conversation. Now, they say, the industry is at a point where delivery matters more than ever. Pensions dashboards are becoming a reality for savers, schemes are moving through derisking and endgame journeys, and there's growing pressure to deliver more with greater evidence, empathy and resilience. The day asks what's been learned from the past and how this moment can be turned into better outcomes for savers.
That question is broken down across four panels. One looks at the evolving administration market, another at public sector pensions, a third at the reality of dashboards, and a fourth at how to communicate with the members the industry actually has. Alongside those, there's a session on developing the next generation of administration leaders.
