One Night In Nashville

One Night In Nashville comes to La Belle Angèle on Friday 30 October, with UK country artist Maria Jordan fronting the show. It's billed as the UK's first Live Downtown Nashville Honkytonk Experience, and the set is built around the biggest Country Music Top 40 hits alongside the best of classic country. Jordan is backed by a line-up of world-class musicians, and the songs they'll be working through run from the old school to the modern charts: Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, and many more. It's a broad sweep of the genre, so you'll hear the early classics and the newer hits in the same set.

The whole thing started with a songwriting trip to Nashville. Jordan and her partner and label boss, Dave Heyes, decided they wanted to bring the downtown Nashville experience back to the UK, and they've been touring it across British venues ever since. The show was moved to La Belle Angèle from The Queen's Hall, so it's in a different room than originally planned. Doors open at 19:00, and there's an age restriction to keep in mind: 14+, with under-16s needing to be accompanied by an adult.
