NSA ~ Leftfield (DJ set) + Domenic Cappello

Leftfield and Domenic Cappello are taking over The Bongo Club on Saturday 31 October for NSA, a six-hour stretch of music running from 16:00 to 22:00. It's a DJ set rather than a live band, with both of them on the decks playing through their own underground selections.

They're billing it as a heavy, dub-infused trip through house and techno, and the two names on the poster carry some weight — Leftfield and Domenic Cappello are two of the most influential acts in dance music history. The dub side of things is the through-line here, so expect the low end to be doing a lot of the heavy lifting across the afternoon and evening.

The Bongo Club is at 66 Cowgate, and it's been a part of the Edinburgh scene since 1996. It holds 300 people, and this one sold out in 24 hours, so it'll be a full house for the whole six hours. Tickets start from £21.50, and the music runs from 16:00 to 22:00 on Saturday 31 October.
