Slasher-inspired Halloween club night on Potterrow with UV paint, live immersive performers, singalongs and a costume competition.
Murder on the Dancefloor takes over Potterrow on Saturday 31 October, a slasher-inspired club night that lands right on Halloween. It's billed as a Blood Bath UV Paint Party, and the name gives it away: the dancefloor gets drenched in neon colour, spooky energy and late-night mayhem. UV confetti showers come down over the crowd, and there are live immersive performers working the room throughout the night.
On the music side, they're running the Ultimate Student Singalongs and a selection of Halloween Bangers, so it's a night built around singing along rather than just listening. There's also a Best Dressed Costume Competition, and costumes are encouraged, so it's the kind of night where putting in the effort with a fancy dress outfit is half the point. If you're not into the full costume, you'll still be in the middle of the UV paint and the confetti.
