Ukrainian Halloween party with 2000s hits and modern Ukrainian beats, presented by Blue And Yellow Scotland.
MILLENNIUM HALLOWEEN takes over The Shack Retro Bar & Club on Friday 23 October, a Ukrainian Halloween party presented by Blue And Yellow Scotland. The night runs from 7 pm to 1 am, six hours of dancing in the heart of the city.
The music is where the two halves of the night meet: 2000s hits paired with modern Ukrainian beats. It's pitched as a night where the noughties meet a Ukrainian vibe, and the organisers describe the dancing as turning into a ritual sabbath. They frame the whole thing as a ritual in its own right, and the Ukrainian-language description encourages guests to bring their own mood and a readiness to dance through the night. The night runs in both English and Ukrainian, so you'll hear both languages throughout.
