18+ Halloween party with non-stop DJ sets of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada music at The Shack.
Farmers Edinburgh Entertainments are taking over The Shack Retro Bar & Club on Thursday 29 October for a South Indian Halloween party. It's a late one, running from 23:00 through to 04:00, and since it goes well past midnight, it carries over into Friday morning.
The night is built around South Indian beats, with a DJ set that runs non-stop across Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. It's a wide sweep of the region's music, so you'll hear tracks from across the four languages rather than just one. The room is dressed in spooky decor and costumes to mark the Halloween theme, and the floor is for dancing rather than sitting, so it's a night for moving rather than hanging back.

It's an 18+ event, and you'll need a valid ID at the door, so don't leave yours at home. Tickets start at £6.99 and go up to £35.99, and the music keeps going until 04:00, so there's plenty of room to stay late if you're up for it. The Shack is at 119 Rose St, EH2 3DT, right in the centre of town.
