Daytime house music night with trance and Old Skool 90s and 00s music at The Street, an LGBTQ+ friendly venue in Edinburgh.
MFSB (Mutha Funkin' Soul Beats) is back at The Street on Saturday 7 November, running from 3pm into the evening. It's a regular daytime house music event, so it kicks off while it's still light out and carries through the afternoon and into the night, rather than starting late like most club nights.
The music leans towards house, trance and Old Skool 90s and 00s, so it's the kind of thing that works as well for a few drinks in the afternoon as it does for dancing later on. If you're into that era of dance music, it's a good one to have on your radar.
The Street is an LGBTQ+ friendly venue on Picardy Place, with the nightclub in the basement area. It's right in the city centre, so it's easy to get to and just as easy to head home from when you've had enough. The event runs from 3pm until 9pm or 10pm, which means you can get your dance in and still be home at a decent hour if that's your thing.
