Tuesday night partner dance classes with Ceroc at St Ninian's Church Hall in Corstorphine, for all ability levels.
Ceroc Edinburgh is running its partner dance classes at St Ninian's Church Hall in Corstorphine, with the next session on Wednesday 28 October. If you've never tried it, Ceroc is a modern partner dance that's built around a teaching method designed to make learning easy, sociable and fun. It's a good place to start if you're completely new to the thing, as the classes cater to all ability levels, from nervous first-timers to dance-floor masters.
The setup is quite relaxed: classes run across two rooms, a main room and a chilled silc room, so you can move between them as you feel. One of the best bits is that you don't need to book in advance, and you don't need to bring a partner — you'll find plenty of people to dance with on the night.
If you're just dipping your toe in, there's a six-class introduction to partner dance with Ceroc, which gives you a proper run at it rather than just a one-off. The classes themselves run on Tuesday nights at St Ninian's, and they've been back in swing since they re-opened on Tuesday 6 January 2026.
