Perfume masterclass with Jorum Studio and craft cocktails by Lind & Lime Gin at The Hoxton.
Jorum Studio are hosting a fragrance masterclass at The Hoxton on Sunday 18 October, starting at 2:00pm. It's a collaboration with Lind & Lime Gin, pairing a perfume workshop with craft cocktails for an afternoon of scent, drinks and creative discovery.
The session kicks off with an introduction to the Jorum Studio philosophy, and from there the Jorum team leads a guided exploration of a curated selection of raw fragrance materials. They'll set out the ingredients, the techniques and the creative narratives that define the studio's signature scents, so you get a proper look at how their perfumes are built rather than just smelling the finished product. It's the kind of thing that makes a bit more sense when you're actually in the room with the materials in front of you.
While you're working through the scents, there are three curated Lind & Lime drinks to go with them, including two bespoke cocktails made to mirror the fragrance of the day. There are also sharing charcuterie boards for the table, so it's as much about the drinks and the food as it is about the perfume. You'll take home a goody bag worth £45, a canvas Jorum tote bag and a mini floral bouquet, which means you've got something to carry back with you.
