Live music gig by Jay Park and LNGSHOT, a stop on Jay Park's 'SERENADES & BODY ROLLS' World Tour.
Jay Park is playing the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on Wednesday 28 October, with LNGSHOT joining him on stage. It's a stop on his SERENADES & BODY ROLLS world tour, and the two of them are billing it as Jay Park ft. LNGSHOT.
The set follows the release of 4SHOBOIZ Vol. 2: 4SHOVILLE, the collaborative mixtape that first brought them together. They describe the project as more than a CEO-and-artist collaboration, and say it reflects a shared commitment to creative independence, hip-hop culture and pushing Korean music forward. For Jay Park, the tour is another chapter in a career that has expanded the possibilities for Korean artists; for LNGSHOT, it's the first chance to bring a year of growth to audiences across three continents. Together they put two generations of Korean music on the same stage.
If you're not already familiar, Jay Park is one of the biggest names in Korean music, and this is a chance to see him live in Edinburgh rather than following the tour from afar. LNGSHOT is the newer voice in the mix, and the two have been working together since 4SHOVILLE came out. The show is part of a wider world tour, so this is one of the few dates they'll be playing in the UK.
