A concert by James Blake, a Grammy-winning producer and musician known for his blend of soul, electronica, hip-hop and alt-R&B.
James Blake plays The Queen's Hall on Friday 23 October, with the show starting at 7:00pm. It's a solo bill, so the whole night is his.
Blake is a GRAMMY-winning producer, songwriter and musician whose work sits across soul, electronica, hip-hop and alt-R&B. He's put out six studio albums to date, and they've racked up over 2.2 billion streams. Among the most talked-about are 2019's Assume Form, which featured ROSALÍA and Travis Scott, and 2021's Friends That Break Your Heart, his highest chart debut so far. He also releases remix work under the alias Harmonimix.
He's as much a collaborator as a solo artist, and you'll recognise his touch on era-defining albums by Beyoncé, Frank Ocean, SZA, Kendrick Lamar and Travis Scott. More recently, he's worked with UK rapper Dave on The Boy Who Played The Harp and with Ludwig Göransson on Séance, from the Sinners movie soundtrack. This show comes as he's preparing to release Trying Times, his first fully independent album, which is due out in 2026.
