Halloween Latin Heaven

Halloween Latin Heaven takes over WU Club & Events Venue on Saturday 31 October, the Halloween edition of the Latin Dance Edinburgh meetup. It's a collaboration between Latin Dance Edinburgh, Fuego Events, and WU Club, with seventeen university societies also on board. The meetup itself runs weekly free Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Reggaeton sessions across different venues in the city — and outdoors in the summer — with no dance partner or previous experience needed, so if you've never stepped foot on a dance floor, this is a fine place to start.

The night is split across two rooms. Room 1 is Salsa and Bachata, split 50:50 between the two, while Room 2 is Reggaeton and international hits. Around eight guest teachers and four DJs will be working across the rooms, so there's plenty of instruction on the go before the party kicks off. The whole thing runs from 7:00pm through to 3:00am, with classes at 7:00pm and 8:00pm, and the party starting at 9:00pm.

If you want the full night, the online early bird full pass is £10 for all classes and the party. On the door, it's £15 for the same. If you're only coming for the party, it's £15 on the door if you arrive before 9:00pm, and £25 if you turn up after. The venue is WU Club & Events Venue, 5 Queen St, Edinburgh EH2 1JE.
