Guns 2 Roses, the Guns N' Roses tribute band, returns to Edinburgh for the first time in seven years, with special guests UK/DC.
Guns 2 Roses are back at La Belle Angele on Saturday 7 November, their first Edinburgh date in seven years. They're a tribute to Guns N' Roses, and they've been at it since late 2002, so they've had plenty of time to get the set down. They describe themselves as the world's most successful Guns N' Roses tribute band, and the thing that sets them apart is that they're the only one to have shared a stage with four different members of the actual band.
That's a fair bit of history to bring to a tribute act. They've played to thousands across the UK, Europe, India, the Middle East and the USA, and this show marks their return to the city for the first time since 2019. If you're into the GNR catalogue, it's a good chance to hear it live in the Old Town rather than just on a record.
They aren't the only act on the bill. Opening for them are UK/DC, an AC/DC tribute, so the night is a double bill of hard rock. Between the two, you'll get a fair chunk of the classic rock songbook covered in one go, with the AC/DC set warming up the room before Guns 2 Roses take over.
