Full Moon Reiki & Tibetan Singing Bowls Cacao Ceremony

Ana of Fairy Tale Therapies is hosting a full moon ceremony at Sano Studio on Sunday 25 October, from 15:00 to 17:00. It's set under the Hunter's Moon, and she frames the afternoon as a restorative journey into focus, strength, courage and inner connection as we move deeper into autumn. The whole thing combines Reiki healing, sacred cacao and immersive sound healing, and it's built around emotional balance, inner strength and mindful reflection.

It starts with a cacao ceremony, followed by guided meditation and intention setting. From there, it moves into Reiki healing and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Tingsha bells and a shamanic drum, before closing with a deep relaxation sound journey. The sound work is the main thread here, with the bowls and chimes taking up a good chunk of the afternoon.

You'll want to come prepared to lie down and settle in. You're asked to bring a pillow or cushion, a blanket and a water bottle, and if you fancy it, a notebook and pen or an eye mask. The session runs from 15:00 to 17:00, with doors opening at 14:50, so there's a bit of time to get your spot sorted before things kick off.
