Interactive half-day conference with leaders across sectors on the infrastructure needed to turn Edinburgh's ambitions into reality.
From Ambition to Delivery: Building for Edinburgh's Future is a half-day conference at 20 Castle Terrace on Wednesday 21 October, run in partnership with CMS. It's an interactive session that brings together leaders from across different sectors to talk through the barriers holding back the infrastructure the city needs to turn its ambitions into reality.
The morning puts housing, transport, commercial space and innovation infrastructure under the microscope, and looks at the skills and labour shortages that constrain growth. It's not just a talk to listen to; the interactive side means the people in the room get to weigh in on the issues rather than just hearing them laid out.
What comes out of the session doesn't just sit in a report. The insights gathered feed directly into the Chamber's policy and advocacy work in the run-up to the next local elections and as the regional devolution agenda develops, so the conversation has a direct line to the work that shapes the city's future.
