Monthly first-Friday full-body session of Reformer Pilates and Barre with the Luma community to improve strength and mobility.
Luma Pilates runs its First Fridays series on the first Friday of the month, with sessions falling on selected dates between 4 September and 4 December 2026. It's a full-body class built to improve strength and mobility, and the studio describes it as a thoughtful session that leaves you feeling more connected and energised. If you're after something to keep you moving through the autumn, it's a regular one you can work into your monthly routine rather than a one-off.
Luma Pilates itself is a boutique Reformer Pilates, Barre, Mat and Yoga studio in Edinburgh's New Town, at 15 Northumberland Street NE Lane, EH3 6LN. They run small-group classes across all levels, from Reformer Fundamentals through to Level 3, so there's a starting point whether you've never touched a reformer before or you've been at it for years. The studio is open seven days a week, with early morning and evening classes to fit around a workday.
