Free festive cooking class led by Thermomix Team Leader Kasia Ciesielka, with festive recipes and Christmas treats made on the Thermomix TM7.
Thermomix Scotland are running a festive cooking class at the Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy on Tuesday 10 November, starting at 18:00. It's a free session, and the whole thing is led by Kasia Ciesielka, a Thermomix Team Leader.
The evening is built around the Thermomix TM7, and the idea is to show how it can take some of the stress out of Christmas cooking. Ciesielka will be walking you through festive recipes and Christmas treats, with plenty of tasting throughout the session. If you've ever wondered whether the machine actually makes a difference when the holiday rush kicks in, this is where you'll see it in action rather than just reading about it.
It's run by the Thermomix Scotland branch, and since it's a cooking class, the tasting is a big part of itโyou'll be sampling the recipes as they come together. The session is free to attend, but it's worth noting that it's already marked as sold out, so if you've managed to snag a spot, you're set for the evening.
