The world's greatest cabaret troupe return with a brand new show, presented by John Mackay and Sally Homer, featuring Dillie Keane, Adele Anderson and Liza Pulman.
Fascinating Aïda are back at the Festival Theatre on Sunday 4 April 2027 with Bawdacious!, a brand-new show presented by John Mackay and Sally Homer. It's their first outing since their 40th Anniversary Tour, and the new material is built around songs the trio claims to have generated using human neural networks — basically data-mining their own back catalogue from a combined deep-learning age of 278 years. It's a bit of a wink at the AI trend, with the songs coming from their own long history rather than a machine.
On stage are Dillie Keane, Adele Anderson and Liza Pulman, with Michael Roulston on piano. They describe themselves as the world's greatest cabaret troupe and Britain's raciest, sassiest and most successful theatre cabaret trio. The reviews back up the 'racy' part: the Metro called it 'cabaret heaven', The Guardian described it as 'outrageous... seductive', and The Daily Telegraph went with 'hilarious'. The Metro, Mail on Sunday and Guardian all gave it five stars.
