Techno clubbing night with founder ona:v headlining the main room at The Bongo Club, with an opening set by Yiota.
EPiKA returns to The Bongo Club on Saturday 31 October, with founder ona:v headlining the main room. It's a techno night in the Cowgate, and the bill is split across two rooms, so there's a bit of choice in how you spend your evening.
In the main room, ona:v takes the headline slot, preceded by Yiota, who's on a two-hour opening set. The organisers describe the sound as groovy, driving techno with high energy throughout the night, so it's the room to be in if you're looking for a proper dance floor. If you're not quite ready for that, the SOFT room is run by Molly Penney and WOE is us, who bring a different energy to their side of the club.
The night is run through a WhatsApp group, which is where they share the details for the pre-club drinks. The main event kicks off at 23:00, but there's a meeting for a drink at 21:30 in a neighbouring pub, with the group heading into the club around 23:00 to 00:00. If you're coming from across town, you can just head straight to the venue, but the pub start is there if you fancy a few drinks first.
