Intimate dinner party celebrating the launch of Alissa Timoshkina's new cookbook 'Lozhka', with a Q&A and a four-course meal.
Alissa Timoshkina is at La Cîme on Thursday 29 October, from 6pm to 9pm, to celebrate the official launch of her new cookbook, Lozhka. It's an intimate one: around a dozen guests at a single table, with an aperitif and welcome drink to start.
The evening is built around a Q&A with Alissa, moderated by Katharina Geissler-Evans, founder and editor-in-chief of the independent lifestyle publication heiter. That's followed by a four-course shared meal cooked by La Cîme's Anne, who'll be working from recipes in the new book. Alissa joins the guests at the table for the meal, so it's a night of eating and talking rather than a formal presentation.
Heiter is running the evening in partnership with the neighbourhood deli, and there's a bit more to it than the dinner itself. Everyone gets a copy of heiter's recently launched Blooming issue, and you'll have the chance to get your copy of Lozhka signed by Alissa. The whole thing runs for about three hours, from the first drink through to the final course.
