Ghost tour evening staged by The Haunted North Paranormal Scotland with Scottish author Graeme Milne sharing ghost stories from Edinburgh and the Borders.
Graeme Milne is taking over The Waverley Bar on Sunday 1 November for Confessions of an Edinburgh Ghost Tour Guide, an evening of ghost stories staged by The Haunted North Paranormal Scotland. It's a two-hour session that runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so it's a proper Sunday night thing rather than a quick stop.
Milne is a Scottish author, and the whole night is built around him. He'll be sharing ghost stories drawn from Edinburgh and the Borders, so the material stays close to home. If you've spent any time walking the city, you know how much of its identity is tied up in its ghosts, and that's exactly what he's tapping into here. The stories come from both the city itself and the wider Borders region, so it's not just the usual Old Town haunts.
The evening is put on by The Haunted North Paranormal Scotland, a group that focuses on the paranormal side of things across Scotland. They've set this one up around Milne's storytelling, so the focus is on the tales themselves rather than a full-blown tour. It's a chance to hear those stories told in a pub setting instead of on the move through the streets.
