Church AV Projects Day (Day Session)

Adlib are bringing their Church AV Projects Day to Midwich - The AV Hub in South Queensferry on Wednesday 4 November, from 10:00 to 15:00. It's a day built for church architects, church leadership, project managers and property departments, run by Adlib to help them get a bit more knowledge and confidence, make informed decisions and cut down on technical and financial risks. The way they do it is by giving unrestricted access to industry experts from across the UK.

There's a fair amount to get through in those five hours. The day covers professional audio design, visual display technology, lighting and cameras, health and safety compliance and protecting the investment. Alongside that, you'll get a facility tour, a professional audio demonstration and an expert Q&A panel. It's not just a series of talks, then; you'll be seeing the gear in action and getting to ask questions of the people who actually know it.

This is part of Adlib's wider programme of manufacturer training, product demo days and open days held at venues around the UK, including their training facilities in Liverpool and Glasgow, where attendees get hands-on and learn from manufacturers and product experts in a collaborative environment. If you're involved in the planning or running of a church's audio-visual setup, it's a chance to pick the brains of people who do this for a living rather than trying to figure it out from a brochure.

Spaces are limited, so keep an eye on your inbox: a confirmation email is sent around two weeks before the day, and you'll need to confirm your place to keep it. A light lunch with refreshments is provided throughout. Entry is free, and it all runs from 10:00 to 15:00 at Midwich - The AV Hub, 4 Ferrymuir Lane, South Queensferry EH30 9QZ.
