Chrissy Meechan

Chrissy Meechan plays Sneaky Petes on Friday 13 November, with a set built around house and garage. He's a Scottish DJ, electronic music producer and radio presenter from West Lothian, and this is a night that sits right in his wheelhouse.

If you're not familiar with him, he's built his name on a floor-filling blend of house, garage and drum & bass. He's amassed over 1.3 million Spotify streams and picked up support from the likes of The Chainsmokers and BBC Radio 1's Danny Howard, and he's played festivals like TRNSMT. He also hosts a weekly slot on Edge Radio, so he's spent plenty of time behind the decks and on the air.

For this one, the focus is on the house and garage side of things. It's a familiar territory for him, and it's exactly the kind of set that works in a room like Sneaky Petes. If you've followed his work, you'll know he's as much a producer as he is a DJ, and that usually comes through in the way he reads a room.

It all goes down at Sneaky Petes, 73 Cowgate in the Old Town, on Friday 13 November from 7pm. If you're after a house and garage night in the city, that's the one.
