Liverpool synth-pop band China Crisis play The Voodoo Rooms on their Warped 2026 tour, mixing classic hits and new songs, for over-18s only.
China Crisis are back at The Voodoo Rooms on Sunday 13 December, part of their 2026 Warped Tour. It's a Liverpool band that's been around since the early 80s, and this is one of the dates on a tour they've described as a journey through more than four decades of pop music.
Gary Daly and Eddie Lundon are the two names behind it. They first made their mark in the Liverpool music scene back in the early 80s, and they've built their following on a sophisticated, catchy style that blends synths, soul and unexpected textures. That sound gave them hits like 'Wishful Thinking', 'African and White' and 'Arizona Sky'. Their more recent albums, Autumn in the Neighbourhood and China Greatness, keep them in the songwriting tradition they've been part of for years.
On stage, they mix the classic songs with new work, and they bring a good deal of humour to the set. The show is presented by Renegade Communications in association with Selective Agency, and it's for over-18s only.
