BRSHES Edinburgh: Cosmic Dreamcatchers Workshop

BRSHES Edinburgh is hosting a Cosmic Dreamcatchers workshop on Wednesday 15 January, from 19:00 to 21:15. It's a hands-on session where you'll make your own dreamcatcher, and the whole thing is built around a bit of history and astrology. The evening starts with a look at where dreamcatchers come from and the traditions behind them, and from there you'll craft a piece inspired by your zodiac sign — your star sign decides the colours, textures, symbols and energy you work with. No previous crafting experience is needed, so you don't need to be a maker to get involved.

BRSHES Edinburgh is an independent drop-in craft studio at 197 Gilmore Place, EH3 9PW. It also runs a gift shop stocked with handmade artisan things like greetings cards, crystals, ceramics, jewellery, incense and tarot cards. The studio puts on weekly guided workshops for more complex activities, and it's beginner-friendly and BYOB. You can also hire the space for private functions like hen dos, birthdays or group celebrations.

Tickets are £18 for general admission, with a £0.45 ticket service fee on top. They ask that you arrive ten minutes early, and if you need to reschedule, you'll need to give at least 24 hours' notice. The workshop runs from 19:00 to 21:15 on Wednesday 15 January at BRSHES Edinburgh, 197 Gilmore Place.
