Headline rock show by American band Alien Ant Farm at The Liquid Room on Victoria Street.
Alien Ant Farm play The Liquid Room on Wednesday 4 November, a headline show that marks their return to Edinburgh. They're American rockers from Riverside, California, formed back in 1996, and they've spent the years since building a reputation for an energetic sound, catchy hooks and lively performances.
Most people will know them from their 2001 cover of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal', which brought them international fame. That sat alongside original tracks like 'Movies' and 'Wish', the latter of which landed them on the soundtrack of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 — a game that introduced their sound to a whole generation of skaters and gamers. Since then they've put out several albums, including Anthology, TruANT and Always and Forever, and this is a full headline show rather than a support slot, so they'll have the whole night to themselves.
