15th anniversary awards ceremony of Creative Edinburgh, recognising the city's creative community, with BSL interpretation.
Creative Edinburgh are holding their 2026 Awards Ceremony at Central Hall on Friday 13 November, from 6pm to 11.30pm. It's a big one this year: the 2026 awards mark 15 years of the organisation, and the night is when they announce the winners for the year.
For those who haven't come across them, Creative Edinburgh is a registered charity and not-for-profit supported by Creative Scotland. Over the last fifteen years they've championed the people, ideas and organisations that make the city's creative community what it is, recognising artists, makers, designers, musicians, performers, creative practitioners and communities who've made an outstanding contribution to Edinburgh's creative landscape. The ceremony is the moment all that work gets its public recognition.
The night takes place in the Central Hall Auditorium, with theatre-style seating. There's a Hall and Bar area serving food and drinks, and a Quiet Room upstairs accessible by lift if you need a break from the noise. There's a dedicated 30-minute break from around 8.30pm to 9.00pm, and the whole evening is BSL interpreted. This year's 15th Anniversary campaign was created by local graphic designer Oisín Corcoran.
