VOILĂ€, the Emmy-nominated duo blending music and magic, perform their 'Moonbloom' tour with special guests Weathers and Ella Red.
VOILĂ€ play the Summit Music Hall on Sunday, November 15, as part of their Moonbloom tour. They're bringing along Weathers and Ella Red to open the night, so it's a full bill rather than just a headliner and a single opener.
VOILÀ is a duo—Luke Eisner from Wisconsin and Gus Ross from Dorset—and they handle the writing, producing, and performing themselves. They've put up more than 600 million global streams and hold RIAA and ARIA Gold certifications, and their following calls itself 'The Magicians.' Last year, their Magic Word Headline World Tour sold out in a weekend, and over the summer they played major festivals alongside Twenty One Pilots, Maroon 5, Teddy Swims, and Zara Larsson. They're an Emmy-nominated act, and that background in production carries over into how they put their shows together.
This particular tour, Moonbloom, is built around the world premiere of their Mirage Department, a troupe of aerialists, sword swallowers, jugglers, and magicians who perform throughout the set. It's not a separate opening act; they're woven into the show itself, so you'll see them working while the music is going. Between the two of them on stage and the troupe moving around them, it's a lot more to look at than your typical two-person setup.
