A weekly farmers market with over 170 local vendors along South Pearl Street, which closes to cars on market days.
The South Pearl Street Farmers Market is back tomorrow, Sunday, October 11, in the Platt Park / Old South Pearl neighborhood. It runs from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it's one of those Denver staples that's been around long enough to feel like part of the furniture—it's been running since 2001 and is managed by Jarman and Co Events.
On market days, the 1400 and 1500 blocks of South Pearl Street close to cars, and more than 170 local vendors line the two blocks. It's a lot of ground to cover in one morning, so if you're planning to hit it, coming early is your best bet. The market is the anchor of the whole corridor, and over the years it's drawn in restaurants and new development around it: the neighborhood now includes around 170 apartments and a Trader Joe's, and an infill restaurant at 1550 S. Pearl was penciled in because of the market's pull.

That pull is easy to see when you're there. The market sits alongside a dense strip of eateries, including Sushi Den—chef Toshi Kizaki's home—Bird, and Kaos Pizzeria. It's the kind of spot where you can spend the morning browsing the stalls and then walk a few doors down for lunch. The market runs every Sunday from May 3 through November 8, 2026, so this is one of the last few weekends of the season. It's open 9 AM to 1 PM on South Pearl Street, in the 1400 and 1500 blocks, which close to cars for the day.
