Concert by the folk and Americana duo The Milk Carton Kids, featuring special guest Rosi Golan, at The Kessler Theater.
The Milk Carton Kids play The Kessler Theater on Friday, December 4, 2026, with Rosi Golan opening. It's a folk and Americana bill, two acts that both lean on acoustic guitar and voice.
The Milk Carton Kids are a duo from Eagle Rock, California, fronted by the twin voices of Joey Ryan and Kenneth Pattengale. They're known for their close harmonies and for playing entirely acoustic. The sound is built around two guitars—a 1951 Gibson J45 and a 1954 Martin 0-15—and their voices singing in tight unison. They were Grammy nominated for Best Folk Album in 2014 for The Ash & Clay.
Rosi Golan opens the night. Like the headliners, she works from the acoustic side of things, so the whole evening stays in that folk and Americana territory. Between her set and the duo's, you'll get a full night of acoustic music.
