Concert by the alternative rock band Saint Blonde at the AM/FM Dallas venue.
Saint Blonde play AM/FM Dallas on Wednesday, November 4, at 7 PM. It's a single-bill night, so they're the only act on the program.
If you haven't come across them yet, Saint Blonde is an alternative rock band from Denton, Texas. They describe their sound as a mix of rock, pop, and alternative, and that's a fair way to put it—they sit right in that middle ground where the hooks of pop meet the heavier textures of rock, with the alternative side pulling them toward the indie end of the spectrum. Being from Denton means they're playing close to home, just a short trip from the North Texas suburbs into the city.
The lineup is a four-piece: Tré Rollins and Lox Hernandez on guitar, Tyler Cooper on drums, and Hunter Fitch on vocals. With two guitars in the mix, there's plenty of room for the band to lean into the rock side of their sound, and Fitch handles the singing on top of it. It's a straightforward rock setup—two guitars, drums, and a voice—which is exactly what they're bringing to the stage.
