A 10-piece international Latin ensemble performing salsa, merengue, cumbia and bachata as part of the Patio Sessions series.
Elias y su Orquesta play Sammons Park at the AT&T Performing Arts Center on Thursday, October 15, starting at 5:30 PM. It's part of the Patio Sessions, an outdoor concert series in the Dallas Arts District, and there's lawn seating available if you want to bring a blanket and settle in.
They're a Texas-based 10-piece international Latin ensemble that works across salsa, merengue, cumbia and bachata. The group pulls professional musicians from Venezuela, Colombia and Puerto Rico, and the setlist follows that same range: tributes to Marc Anthony and Héctor Lavoe alongside a string of Latin classic hits. With ten people on stage, it's a full band sound rather than a small combo.
