Halloween blood drive hosted by Stonewall Columbus and the American Red Cross, with a $10 virtual gift card for donors.
Stonewall Columbus is hosting a blood drive with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, October 28, from 12 PM to 6 PM. It's their Halloween contribution to the local blood supply, and as a thank you, donors get a $10 virtual gift card.
If you're not familiar with the organizers, Stonewall Columbus is an LGBTQ+ community organization serving Central Ohio. They've been around for more than 40 years as a place of connection, care, and pride, and they reach more than 30,000 people each year through advocacy, education, wellness, and community connection. This drive is part of that ongoing work, and the Red Cross is the partner handling the actual collection.

It's a straightforward way to help out the local blood supply right before the holiday. The drive runs for six hours, so you can swing by whenever fits your day best. If you're planning to go, keep in mind it's a Wednesday, and the $10 virtual gift card is the thank-you for donating.
