The PM Quintet

The PM Quintet plays Ginger Rabbit Jazz Lounge on Friday, October 30, starting at 5:30 PM. It's a Power Hour jazz show, which tells you exactly what to expect: a concentrated set of jazz from a full quintet, right in the middle of the Short North.

The lineup is a five-piece. Dom Polemeni-McGovern is on keyboards, Jesse Lung on saxophone, Andy Sipe on guitar, Trey Pollard on bass, and Isaac Bednarki on drums. With a horn, two chordal instruments, bass, and drums, it's a full jazz ensemble on stage rather than a smaller combo, so you'll get the full range of the group's sound in one sitting.

If you're planning to go, the venue is Ginger Rabbit Jazz Lounge, at 17 Buttles Ave in Columbus. It's a Friday evening show, so it works as a pre-dinner spot or a way to kick off the night. The set starts at 5:30 PM, and tickets are $10.
