Live show by Columbus metalcore band Sourblood, with support from DurtE and Wildcard, at The KING of CLUBS.
Sourblood are playing The King of Clubs on Thursday, October 22, with DurtE and Wildcard opening. It's a Columbus metalcore bill, so you'll have three bands in one night.
Sourblood is a local metalcore band that started in early 2005, grown out of a group of friends who loved music. They've been around a while, with a short hiatus and a reformation in between. Since coming back, they've built a reputation as a high-energy live act, and their sound has leaned heavier over time, though it still keeps a melodic side. That heavier direction led to a third EP and a full-length album announced for 2018.
They've played some of the bigger rooms around here, like the Alrosa Villa, Newport Music Hall, and The Cleveland Agora, and have shared stages with Anthrax, Arch Enemy, Drowning Pool, The Acacia Strain, Emmure, Soulfly, Mushroomhead, Kittie, and Shadows Fall. The current lineup is Adam Zealer on guitar, Justin Bloomfield on vocals, Tyler Falter on bass, and Brad Caulley on drums.
