Pop-up vintage market with curated clothing, Y2K fashion, shoes, jewellery, art and handmade goods from around the country.
The Off-Campus Vintage Market is back in Columbus this weekend, taking over two different spots over two days. It kicks off Saturday, October 24, at Block on High, 1728 N. High St., from 12 PM to 6 PM, and then moves Sunday, October 25, to Fourth Street Taproom & Kitchen, 1810 N. 4th St., from 2 PM to 8 PM. It's free to attend both days.
If you've never been, the market is a pop-up circuit started by Greyson Edwards. He brings in vendors from across the country to different Columbus locations, with an average of 25 to 30 stalls per market. The stock leans heavily on curated vintage clothing, Y2K fashion, streetwear, shoes, jewelry, art, and handmade goods. There's also a large selection of Ohio State apparel and drinks available on-site. The whole thing draws on the growing popularity of upcycling, thrifting, and vintage clothing among students, so it's a good place to dig for something specific or just browse.
The two days are set up with deliberately different atmospheres. Saturday at Block on High is a live event space with a DJ, while Sunday at Fourth Street Taproom is more intimate and laid-back. If you're looking for a high-energy afternoon, Saturday is the one; if you'd rather take your time and browse without the crowd, Sunday fits better. Since the vendors change with each pop-up, it's worth keeping in mind that what's there this weekend won't be the same next time.
