Halloween horror passport with four surprise slasher screenings at Marcus Theatres' Crossroads Cinema in Columbus.
Marcus Theatres is running a horror movie passport called Name That Nightmare throughout October, and it's built around a simple, blind-screening format: you don't know which slasher you're getting until you sit down in the dark. The whole point is the surprise, and the lineup draws from the big names of the genre—Freddy, Jason, Ghostface, and Michael Myers are all in the mix.
The passport works across four weeks of screenings. Week 1 ran October 7 and 11; Week 2 was October 14 and 18; Week 3 was October 21 and 25. That brings us to Week 4, which lands on October 28 and November 1. If you've been keeping up since the start of the month, you're already deep into it, but if you're just jumping in now, there's still time to catch the final stretch.
There are two ways to play. You can get a passport for $18, which covers four surprise horror movies throughout October. Or, for $20, you get a ticket to all five. Each passport comes with a digital code you can redeem on the Marcus Theatres website, in person, or through the app, so you can book your seats whenever you're ready.

Screenings are happening at two locations: Crossroads Cinema at 200 Hutchinson Ave in Columbus and Pickerington Cinema at 1776 Hill Road North in Pickerington. Whether you're in for the full month or just the final week, you'll be watching with a room full of other people who are just as clueless about what's on the screen as you are.
