KING 810 are an American metal band from Flint, Michigan, formed in 2007 in a city known for its crime and poverty statistics. They play nu-metal-infused hard rock with experimental hip-hop and dark jazz. Their 2012 debut, Memoirs of a Murderer, landed them a deal with Roadrunner Records. Later, they collaborated with DJ Drama and Grammy winner Freddie Gibbs on Midwest Monsters 2, and in 2018 they put out the experimental Suicide King. Their 2023 album, K5: follow my tears..., reached #71 on Billboard's Top Current Albums Chart.
Sonic Temple is produced by Danny Wimmer Presents and has grown into one of America's biggest rock festivals. Art takes over the grounds alongside the music, with towering pillars by renowned visual artists, live-paint Art Walls, and an Art Mart. The 2026 edition drew a record 184,000 fans, and a five-year extension signed in 2025 secures the festival at Historic Crew Stadium through at least 2030.
