Country singer-songwriter Hunter Flynn plays A&R Music Bar in Columbus with support from Logan Mac.
Logan Mac plays A&R Music Bar on Thursday, November 5, with Hunter Flynn opening. The show starts at 7 PM at 391 Neil Avenue in Columbus.
Logan Mac comes from Purcell, Oklahoma, and his songs draw on the Red Dirt Music scene and his life as a working-class American. He worked the oil fields and ran a concrete business with his wife, Sierra, while raising three daughters. His father David died in 2022, and that loss became the turning point that brought him back to the guitar, singing, and songwriting. He's been preparing a debut album for release in the fall of 2025, so this set will likely pull from that material. He's listed as Americana, Country, and Alternative Country.
Opening for him is Hunter Flynn, a singer-songwriter from Pulaski County, Kentucky. He gave his first public performance in early 2022 and has since built a following in Appalachia around an "Appalachian Soul" style and a powerful vocal delivery. He's shared stages with Zach Top and Megan Moroney and is billed as a country artist. Between the two, you'll get a night of country and Americana from two different parts of the country—Oklahoma and Kentucky—both leaning on the songwriting side of the genre.
