Annual holiday craft and gift show featuring handmade crafts, holiday decor, jewelry, wreaths, nuts, candy and food with hourly drawings.
Worthington Christian Village is hosting its annual Holiday Craft & Gift Show on Saturday, November 7, from 9 AM to 3 PM. It's a local tradition that brings together family, friends, crafters and shoppers for a full day of browsing and holiday prep. The show is run by the village itself, with Rene Lanam serving as show director, and it's not a juried event, so you'll see a wide range of work from different makers.
The tables are filled with handmade crafts, holiday decor, jewelry, wreaths, nuts, candy and food. It's the kind of place where you can pick up a few unique gifts and some home decorations in one go, with homemade treats to snack on while you look. A bake sale and tasty concessions run alongside the shopping, so you can grab something to eat and drink between booths.
One of the things that keeps people hanging around is the hourly drawings. They happen throughout the day, so if you're there for a few hours, you've got several chances to walk away with something extra. Between the shopping, the food and the giveaways, it's more of a full-day outing than a quick stop.
