Monthly queer dance party hosted by VIXEN at District West, with local DJs and a new monthly theme.
VIXEN brings another edition of the Darling Dance party to District West on Friday, October 30, starting at 11 PM. It's a monthly queer dance party they put on, and the format stays the same every time: local DJs on the decks and a new theme to dress around each month. If you've been to one before, you know the drill—the theme is the thing that sets the night apart, and it changes every single time they do it.
Since it's a monthly thing, it's easy to keep on your radar. VIXEN handles the organizing, and they bring in local DJs to keep the dance floor moving, so the music comes from right here in the city. The queer focus is at the center of it, and the new theme each month gives you a reason to lean into the costume side of things. If you're into dressing up, that's where the real fun is.
